Perigestational hemorrhage - 7wks 2days

So I went to the Drs last week as I started bleeding, sent me for an ultrasound and found out I have a large ‘perigestational hemorrhage’. It measured 4.1cm last week and today it was 4.9cm.

They said pregnancy wise and how the baby is developing is perfect and how it should be but they’re concerned about how large the hemorrhage is. (It’s the blob to the left on the photo, Baby is to the right) .

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve heard of a lot of successful outcomes despite of this issue in pregnancy but it still worries me 😢
