First fertility appointment questions

So I have my first fertility appointment next week and I’m trying to compile all my questions and possible concerns to bring up and need help. We’ve been ttc for 17 months and I’ve only confirmed ovulation twice. I’m not sure what to expect and overall was hoping we could do some ovulation induction(that’s what I’m thinking would work, still unsure on diagnosis ) any first experiences or types of questions to ask would help so much!!!!
