Exercise?
Okay, so I gave birth July 30th and I felt really good straight after. No stitches, no afterpains, I had everything really easy. My sex drive is back, but I'm still going to hold off for the recommended six weeks to prevent any risk of infection. My question is this... Is it too soon to start working out again? I mean sit-ups and lifting weights and stuff. If not, when can I?
