Rant/ help.

Hey everyone. I have been with my husband for almost 4 years. I love him with all my heart.. but recently I have noticed he isn’t the same. He doesn’t show me the love he use to, he doesn’t help me with the house work, he doesn’t even say I love you like he use to. I’m not sure what to do anymore. I don’t want to leave him but every time I try to speak with him on the matter he gets upset. “Well, I’m sorry. Im just a dick” or “ Since your so unhappy, I’ll just leave then”. It tears me up inside because I don’t want him to leave.. but I don’t know what else to do.
