Baby Movement

I am 28 weeks along and I haven't felt my little girl move in hours! I was just working on my feet but she's usually very active when I lay down and so far she hasn't moved. I'm also having bad back cramps.. however I have a fetal heart monitor and it picked up a heartbeat. Is she okay? Should I be concerned? I'm a first time mom so sorry if this is stupid.
