Birth control and pregnancy

I missed my pill by three days and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He finished and didn't pull out. I'm usually on top of my pills but we were on vacation this past weekend and I got lost in the moment. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, is there a chance I could still be pregnant?
