Anyone else?

I have insomnia and can't sleep without melatonin, that is when I'm not with my boyfriend. Now I know it's not just other people because any of my friends I still have trouble sleeping but with my boyfriend I get in his arms and I can fall asleep with such ease its amazing.

I'm the exact same way. I have prescribed sleeping pills and everything but when I'm with my boyfriend I don't take them. I think it's because I do most of my deep thinking at night, and when we're apart a lot of that thinking is about him! But when he's beside me I fall asleep cause I'm not thinking about him!

It's just a matter of feeling safe and completely relaxed.

Do you have anxiety? It might be easier to fall asleep with him because you feel safe. And when you feel safe you don't have the flight or fight response that interferes with sleep.

I don't take melatonin because it gives me nightmares, n I've actually hit my husband in my sleep. I just take Benadryl
