2 weeks post c-section

I have been having a stabbing pain in my left hip, so above my incision, for the past two or three days. It happens in the same zpot every time and only when I'm walking around or trying to sit up. When I lay down I never feel it. I also haven't ad any postpartum bleeding since I left the hospital. Its now a yellowish slime that comes out and smells a little metallic. I go to see my in tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this feeling.
