How to not let anxiety get the best of you?
I found out I was pregnant beginning of July and had a MC August 16th. I wasn’t trying to conceive when I got pregnant, so my emotions were all over the place when I found out.. Nervous then excited then devastated. Saturday I found out I am pregnant with my rainbow baby and I couldn’t be more excited. But my biggest worry is being stressed about my baby’s well being. How do I control my anxiety and not let that stress consume me???
Anyone have any pointers for keeping your cool ? Or any hobbies you picked up to keep yourself distracted?
I need something before I overthink myself into a hole 😨
