After reading lots of posts, I know I’m lucky that I’ve already been to the dr, and have seen my baby. My first appt was at 8 weeks, 2 days, although per Glow I was 9 weeks, 4 days. My next appt isn’t until Nov 28th, for the 12 weeks, but I’m so anxious. This is my rainbow. I was pregnant in June with my first, and literally a week after I took the pregnancy test, we miscarried. I know that so many miscarry their first, and nothing has indicated history will repeat itself, but I read all these sad stories of people going for their 12 week checkup, and there’s no heartbeat, or baby has stopped growing. Anyone else worry like me?? I’m beyond blessed to have become pregnant quickly, and feel for those who have struggled, and endured far more losses than me. I’ve waited until now, at 37, to become a mother - or rather God has waited, until all of life’s hiccups (divorce, loss of both my parents) cleared the path for a new life, a new marriage, and new beginnings.
