Pain in the stitches..🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey all! I am 3 weeks PP and was told.i had a 2nd degree tear. But ive been feeling great and had to get back to life last week when my hubby went back to work. It wasnt until these last few days that im having perineal pain again. The whole area is super soar at the end of the day and sometimes a sharper pain when i checked i see all my stiches are gone except one with some hanging small string. I have a tiny amount of light blood everyday and have been using a panty liner only for a week and a half.. idk if this is normal or if i should get checked out before my 6 week appointment?

Any advice? I thought my pain down there was gone and i was in the clear but now im not sure!
