What is this?!?

So I have been having weird discharge the last week and my doctor said I have a uti but I just don’t have the symptoms cause I have had one before so I think it could be a yeast infection? I peed in a cup at the doctor also and they said I wasn’t pregnant.... I just don’t know what this kind of discharge means. Any opinions?

U could have a UTI and not even know it. I’m 11weeks and 4 days pregnant and they said when I went in at 6 weeks bcuz of pain that I have a UTI, a cyst on my ovary(which was my pain) and a subchorionic hemorrhage just didn’t kno I had a UTI bcuz I had no symptoms either

Yeast infections are normally white and cottage cheese looking or green, I mean possibly but probably whatever your actual doctor advises.
