Can you stay? Yes. 
Will you constantly feel unloved and hurt every time you look at them and feel insecure and self conscious about yourself every time a girl walks by him and feel unhealthy amounts of anger and jealousy when he talks to another girl and becomes close friends with her? Yes. 
Sometimes it works. Most times it doesn’t. I got cheated on 3 months into a relationship and stayed for a year and 8 months. Fighting and insecurity coming from both ends caused us to both be miserable and eventually leading to purposely trying to hurt each other’s feelings. We stayed for the fact that we had both closed off on the outside world and he felt like he couldn’t have friends and I felt so betrayed that I couldn’t trust anyone to be my friend. So to save yourself the mental trauma, don’t stay.

I've made my share of mistakes in my marriage n my husband has decided to stay by my side.its been hard for him i understand i still get shit thrown in my face at,times but i tell myself i wud prlly do the same its hard to get outta ur head i know but like i tell him if we cant get past the past how can we have a future. I have learned that the grass isnt always greener on the other side n have stayed faithful since our last situation a few years ago, working together n communication is the key if i had jus been honest n talked more i wouldnt have strayed i have learned alot in the past few years..

I'd have so many questions such as are they truly sorry or are they sorry for getting caught? & I just don't know if I could ever trust them again & if you can't trust the person, the relationship is over as far as I'm concerned.

This happened to me in my 1st marriage & i divorced,  met my Now 11yrs husband who picked me back up and made me feel like a princess  but now going through it again for these past couple of months, I came home early from work and saw txt messages on his phone.. I forgave him but I am finding that I can't get over it.. my mind & dreams are getting out of control and I feel so depressed.. it's a hard thing to do

I think it really depends on what stage of your relationship you're in/how long you've been together. If it was someone I had been with a short time (<1 month) then probably yes as a new relationship can be confusing at times with boundaries and exclusivity. A serious, long term relationship then I do not think I could.

I am going through this right now with my boyfriend. I don’t wish cheating on anyone. It is so soul crushing. My boyfriend has admitted to his mistakes and takes full responsibility. I have told him I don’t think I can move on from this but he says he is going to fight with everything in him to win me back. I’m allowing him to do so but I’m also allowing myself the space. We are going to try therapy to see if it can fix this, I’m not 100% convinced it can but I do know people who have gone through this and are stronger now.

That’s a personal choice, and for me a lot of things could influence it. Personally, no, I could never stay with someone who cheated on me. 
At the end of the day, cheating is a complete lack of respect for your partner and the relationship. And honestly that can’t change. If a man who claims to love me, doesn’t respect me, nothing will ever change that. I can’t be with someone who doesn’t even respect me as a human being. 
But maybe other people see it differently. Maybe there are situations where it isn’t a case of extreme disrespect. I’ve never seen any cases like that but hey, I haven’t seen everything. 
Again, it’s a very personal choice tho.
