Who has had a hysteroscopy and have trouble conceiving

Got my mirena removed March 2014 for the whole time until February 2015 I wasn't able to conceive and my periods were abnormal so I saw the GYN and February 2015 I found out I had polyps on the lining of my uterus had them removed March 2015 and ever since I have not concieved my husband is supposed to get a semen analysis the end of this month and if that's normal then I have to go back to see my GYN to see what else we can do
