First breakup , ex cheated

I need advice how to get over a 7 year relationship . Ex cheated slept with someone else and probably got her pregnant. I’m shocked but the relationship wasn’t that great anyways. He called me from a dif number last night saying sorry blah blah. Saying he loved me. All this shit. I need advice I need to move on. I don’t want him in my life. I blocked him everywhere I could. People are telling me he will call again and I really don’t want him to. I just feel like shit.

We use condoms and I just got an STD test last night.
