Does semen throw off pH balance?

I’ve noticed that after me and hubby have sex, the next day I seem to have an odor. Even after I shower. I’m a really clean female, I wash good down there and everything. Could it just be pregnancy related?

So because you mentioned an odor, I just wanna say it could be bacteria vaginitis (or however you spell BV). I had an odor too and had doc check today and turns out I have it. They told me I shouldn’t have intercourse while taking my antibiotics cause it messes with your bacteria, so sex may not be helping. And just so you know, my doc says BV is very common in pregnancy so nothing to be worried/embarrassed about.

Yes I had to cut back on sec with mine bc of it giving me yeast infections 🙄 I want my sex life back
