Found our grandmothers ring that she hid in our house. Does it look real?

Just take it to a jeweler they can tell you that and what condition the diamond is in if real

Check the inside gold for 14k, 18k etc.  most likely if its solid gold the diamond is real.  Grandmas don’t hide fake jewelry lol
