My husband and mom text each other everyday... like “good morning 😘😘” (I barely get a good morning message from him) & he talks to her about stuff that’s bugging him when I’m clearly here for him to vent to. The issues aren’t about me but about little things that big him throughout the day. 
Idk maybe it’s me + I don’t think I’m jealous because he should be talking to his wife about this stuff right ?

If it’s your mom, that’s very weird and probably very unhealthy. 
If it’s his mom, then it’s less weird because maybe he’s a mamas boy… but probably still unhealthy. 
Either way, he shouldn’t be talking to mom more than you by any means, and it’s something you should discuss with him.

I don't think that's weird. I mean, he is probably just really close to his mom. Men don't ever really stop being babies, and moms baby their sons more than us as wives baby them. 
It's like, if he were to get jealous if you were close to your dad and ya'll messaged every day and you told him your problems. You can't really expect him to drop her just because he has a wife who he can tell things to... 
Now. If he's neglecting you, and not giving you your place and puts her before you in situations where you clearly are supposed to be put first, then that is a problem. 
But honestly, you should've known before you guys got married if he was a mommy's boy or not.
