Nausea and diarrhea 7DPO

I had a migraine two nights ago (which are somewhat normal for me) and ended up vomiting early yesterday morning. I tried to keep some crackers down yesterday but could not. All I’ve had since then is water and a few sips of coffee to keep the caffeine headache at bay. Woke up this morning with diarrhea and nausea. Do y’all think this could be early signs of pregnancy or just a bug?
