Need help (and sleep)

Good lord my daughter screams and cries ALL DAY! (she’s 5 weeks old if that helps) My husband and I are so exhausted from her constant crying and screaming. She doesn’t have colic and no acid reflux. Gas neither cause she farts and poops really good. It’s a never ending thing that starts early in the morning and goes all freaking day. Literally nothing except car rides help. I already tried to look up some calming drops that we can give her to finally sleep and stop crying. We’re going nuts 😫 not even a swaddle can keep her calm. She gets her hands out every time although it’s one with buttons... it’s mentally so exhausting to hear her screaming all day 🤯
