Hey Ladies,

Friday the nurse at my OBGYN office told me to go to the Er to get checked out because I have a history of an ectopic and was having pain on my right side. Went to the Er had an ultrasound. Ultrasound showed a gestational sac measuring 4w6d but no fetal pole or yolk sack was seen. They did include in the report that fetal heart tones are identified measuring. I’m wondering if all of this is normal at this early stage? Just curious because with my previous pregnancy with DD the earliest ultrasound I had was 5w4d and you could see the yolk sack and fetal pole with the heartbeat.
