Ovaries area

So I was fine last night how ever this morning say mod morning I noticed that the right side of top of vagina hurts like little lump .. it’s not actaully on the Vagina it’s at the side so like overies area .

But have been getting pains in my ovaries area for last weeks and lower back pains .

Anyone else had this ?

No itchy or anything like that and wee is fine etc .

Could be my coil ? But not had any issues .
