kind of embarrassing..:(

Hey ladies this is embarrassing but I just want some tips. My boyfriend is a sweetheart and I love him. Out of curiosity I asked “Do I ever taste bad when you go down on me?” He was honest and said “yes 2 or 3 times you did taste bad but it’s not important and I love you no matter what” i asked “what would you like me to do” and he said “nothing it doesn’t bother me and it’s rare!” I love how sweet and honest he is but I don’t want this to happen again. Is this normal??? I wash with just water no soap and I do it everyday. Is this normal to happen or is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks!:)
