How to talk about sex shit

So I’ve been with my boyfriend for a couple months now, he’s the first person I’ve had sex with and we’ve been having a lot of it and it’s been really fun and he’s pretty good at it but he hasn’t quite made me orgasm (which I know is super common with m/f relationships) so I want to try other things and I kind of really want him to eat me out but from context clues I’ve picked up on I don’t think he’s into that and as frustrated as that makes me, I really don’t want to pressure him into something he’s uncomfortable with. I don’t know how to bring it up with him, I tried to suggest we try different positions but that went completely over his head.
