Plantar Faciitis- HELP
Has anyone experienced this pain? I’m 25 weeks pregnant with twins and this is the worst pain I have had so far. My feet hurt CONSTANTLY! Never any relief unless I’m lying. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? Will the pain get worse as I gain weight? Ive gained 14 pounds so far and I’m all for gaining more but this pain is killer.
