How are all the mommies and babies!! Were getting there!! Lol

My daughter and I are the only ones that could feel the baby move so far(she has the touch lol) Since then it's every blue moon I'll feel the flutters. And baby went to their first concert which was fun. But question , is anyone else top of the belly hard and almost fell like something hard and round. I of course thought it was the baby but from all the reading the baby is under or below the belly button,correct? So if it's not is it my organs being pushed up towards my chest. Lol please don't mind me.
