35 and pregnant and worry all the time

Hey everyone! I'm 34 years old and 6 weeks pregnant! I'll be 35 December 1st. My first prenatal appt isnt until December 6th (8 weeks prego). And recently my mind is just being overcome with worry. I worry about baby's health because of my age. I also worry about miscarriage, along with possible no fetal heartbeat at first checkup. 😔 All of this worry is just getting me down. And I cant seem to shake it.

I don't remember being this worried pregnant with my first two who are now 10 and 12. (Both were premature, born at 29 weeks, but healthy considering) Also google is a really scary place 🤯🤦‍♀️

Anyone else going through this or have any advice? I know its best to just try not to worry but thats so easier said than done lol. Thanks! 😊
