Ovulation soon? Please help. Comments appreciated

On glow, it’s saying that my ovulation test is negative, but does two lines mean ovulation is coming then?

Glow is also saying ovulation is coming in 4 days. But it’s my first time (first cycle) using this app so I don’t know how accurate it is yet.

I have PCOS so it’s harder for me to tell when ovulation is coming. We’re trying to avoid pregnancy now so your comments are appreciated.

I know when I’m most fertile, but not before then. I thought I had a most fertile sign happen yesterday, but I’m not sure.
