Membrane stripped.

So I just had my membranes stripped about 2 hours ago I came home walked for about 30 minutes then had sex now I'm currently soaking in the bath. I hear a lot of people say they have spotting and cramps right away after having their membranes stripped. Besides the pain I felt while she was in the process of doing it I still feel completely normal.

No discharge no spotting no cramps.

Does this mean it might not work or she didn't do it good enough?

How soon after having your membranes stripped did you feel discomfort, cramps and contractions and discharge?
