How often?

So I have Hashimotos my endo is 2 hours from home. I saw him today and he wants to see me in 6 months. How often do you usually follow up with your endos? I guess I just assumed it would be once a year.

Mine request 6-8 weeks. I’ll be following the six week rule next year as we plan to start ttc then.
