Miscarriages?
I am 23 with 2 beautiful babies and my husband and I have had 3 miscarriages. We had one before each live birth, so before my 4 year old we had our first miscarriage, tried for Our 2yo and had one and then tried for this little peanut and had one. I switched OB's and the nurse asked how many pregnancies this makes for me and this would be my 6th pregnancy. Her mouth about dropped. Now, I know I am young and 6 is quiet a lot for only being 23. But I literally just wanted to go off on her for judging me! My husband and I have tried for each child we were blessed with, and we have far more means to provide for our children, so how can she stand there looking down on me? She left the room and I was feeling the hormones come on, as I waited for the OB and she says "this is her 8th pregnancy." I calmly stated 6th, and explained the miscarriages and felt so ashamed leaving there. The doctor even stated something on the lines of, "we can't celebrate yet until your HCG comes back. That's if you are celebrating, these pregnancies are pretty close to each other." (We miscarried in March) has anyone else had a few miscarriages resulting in high numbers in pregnancies? Do people judge you?
