Did anyone have cramps during early pregnancy? I am 4 weeks and I have cramps like my period is gonna start. I’m 3 days late found out yesterday I was pregnant. Just needed some insurance that everything is gonna be ok. I have had a miscarriage and worry but this time feel different.
