Just want to know what to expect.

This could be triggering to some so if it is im sorry. Im 35+3 days and Ive recently started having a lot of tightening in my belly and some lower back pain. Im a FTM so i have no idea what contractions actually feel like. Ive suffered from 2 miscarriages but very early on (one at 5 weeks and one at 8) and the cramping from those were so bad i was on the floor crying and throwing up. Is this the sort of pain i should be waiting for though? Idk what to expect at all ☹️
