Preterm contractions

I’ve been walking (not regularly). Recently during my first non stress test, my doctor said I was contracting too much (every 2mins and then every 4mins with big contractions)....I had no idea because I do not feel anything. I feel normal, no pain, nothing. Is this normal? They said no for a high risk pregnancy like myself. I was admitted to be evaluated. They wanted to give me a muscle relaxer to slow down and stop the contractions but I’m paranoid so I refused then until after they do the test in which they can tell me if I would be giving birth in the next two weeks. I am supposed to do that test today. They also did a cervix year on me and said I was a wiggly one...but I’ve had a biopsy before s could that be why? Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?
