Anti-vaxx Family Member 😩

Trying to avoid the topic of vaccines with my grandmother. She is big into conspiracy theories, and she has become convinced that vaccines are poison. I obviously plan on vaccinating my daughter, my big worry is people being around her before she's vaccinated. I don't know how to approach my grandma with this. I don't want to fight with her, but I refuse to put my daughter in danger. Anyone else have family members who were against vaccinations? How did you deal with them?
