When do you open your Christmas gifts

When I was little, my mom let me open one small present on the 24th, and the rest on the 25th.

I open parents gifts on the morning of the 24. The night of the 24 I open my moms side at my cousins house. Then we drive to my dads parents house and open presents on the morning of the 25.😂😂it’s kind of crazy

In Norway we celebrate on Christmas Eve. 
We watch Christmas movies and stuff while eating candy from our Christmas stockings during the morning & day, then we have a huge meal around 5-6 and then we get some cake/pudding and open the presents after. It’s just one of those nights were we let the kids stay up late.

We have so many families to visit around that time and some are so far away, so we do some the weekend before with them, then go back home and some Christmas Eve with extended family, some Christmas Day with my immediate family, and day after just my husband and I

It’s been tradition that my mom get us new pajamas that she washes before hand and then we open at night after getting home from from my grandmas, opening presents from her and the cousins. And we always exchanged presents with our age group. It’s somewhat changed now because well our parents were the ones buying the gifts for everyone before and now that we’ve become adults, but my age group are all poor college students, it’s not how it used to be lol. We still get something even if it’s little though. And then on Christmas Day (I still live at home) I sleep at my house and my boyfriend sleeps at his house and we open presents and then I go to his house to open mine and then we both come back to mine to open his.
