Help 😢😢😢😢

Me and my boyfriend been trying to conceive for about 4 months now and no luck 😢 I recently got off birth control 8 months ago and still no luck . I no everybody says you have to wait until your body adjust back to normal cause the birth control but how long does it take ??? Any advice , suggestions ????
