Not a second time..any help

I had gone through a miscarriage last summer and ended up bleeding the whole month of July starting on the 10th.   I haven't tested.  I don't know if I am paranoid or if it's just my cycle doing something weird or if this is really happening again.. I'm not cramping as bad as last year but it's still almost unbearable. I'm so lost and confused, is there any way to confirm what's going on?!
