Anyone have luck taking femar while ttc?

My so and I are ttc now and my doctor recently prescribed me femara as a fertility  supplement to help me ovulate. Has anyone else taken this as a fertility aid? Did it work for you?

I was prescribed Letrozole which is the generic version of Femara and I got pregnant on my second cycle of using it after two years of not being able to conceive due to severe PCOS. Made a believer out of me ☺️

Got pregnant in May on 1st round after TTC 7 yrs.  ended in chemical pregnancy.  Currently on 2nd cycle and waiting for AF or BFP...  It works if you BD on the proper days but but does help you ovulate.  Will your doctor monitor?  Mine did progesterone check on CD 21 to see if I ovulated...  And told me not to do pregnancy test until CD 31

Yes. I was TTC for a year and the last medication I took was Femera. I wasn't expecting it to work but it did on my second dosage.  I'm now due October 5.
