Endometriosis Help!

Anyone else have this problem or something similar?? I have endometriosis. Have had three surgerys and have a fourth this coming Friday. The reason for this one being...I have been having a terrible pain in my right side. Doctor said my ovary was swollen most likely due to a cyst...which has happened to me before. I can't lay on that side AT ALL due to the pain...just wondering if anyone else is dealing with something like this and what they had to do to make it stop. I'm trying to get pregnant with my first child and I'm afraid this is preventing it from happening.
