Do you believe the saying "What you won't do, someone else will."

I've been on bc on and off for basically a year and my sex drive has been low to non existent. I came to my senses and realized it just wasn't for me. I'm 19 years old, this shouldn't be happening to me. My boyfriends sex drive is so high and he wants sex all the time. He understands what it does to me and I feel bad that I just don't have the energy to give him anything. Not even a simple blow job. Do you think he'll cheat on me and find it somewhere else? 😔😔😔😔😔
