HELP PLEASE!!!

So I took a FRER yesterday morning and it said positive then my husband bought this CVS blue-dye rest ... what do you think. Pregnant or not? We’ve been active every day the day after D&C (D&C October 14 and active October 15) and it’s been 6-7 weeks post D&C . I got my first BFN last week and these came up... please help. My HCG levels went from 34 (November 2) to 17 (November 8). Fresh new pregnancy? Had light pink/light brown discharge for 2 days (November 9-10) and dull cramping in the beginning of the week and lower back cramps.
