Transitioning to a bottle for one feeding

Any tips on how to do this?  I'd like for my husband to give one bottle around 5am.  How do you pump to provide this bottle?  Our baby is 6 weeks and I go back to work when he's 12 weeks.
I won't be able to pump at 5am once I go back to work, so pumping and handing him a bottle won't work out for us.  But right now my supply is highest around 6 am (when I'll be arriving at work).  I'm just at a loss for how to work this out in my head.  thilogistically!
