Embryo Grade ???

Question

Has anyone had success with and embryo that was graded 5cd? That is the one and only egg I have and am freaking out....

My son was a morula on day 5 then a blast on day 6. He was a 3BC. He was PGS tested abnormal. I transferred him anyways and he was born healthy!!  My RE always jokes with me as we are trying again and we only make terrible embryos that my son was the worst embryo he ever transferred. He was slow, low quality and abnormal!!!! I just did another transfer 4 days ago with two morulas and again I’m freaking out bcs they were slow and low quality but trying to remind my myself crazier things have happened. My son happened.

Dont worry about the grade.  I didnt get pregnant with the ones if the best grade, but the lowest grade one stuck.

My clinic tossed our 5cd :( only found out when we asked for our records🤬 Embryos change day by day the important thing is it continued growing and continue growing. Good luck 🍀 🤞🏻🙏🏻

My clinic tossed my 5 cd too. However, I believe it made it to that grade on day 7. They said day 7  at that grade was too poor to try. Of course, the dr called me on day 7 and told me nothing made it. He lied to me. I only found out when I switched drs and had my follow up with the new dr. 😡. It was the new dr who told me it was too poor to explain why it was destroyed. He had no explanation as to why I was lied to though.
