Will anxiety cause irregular bleeding????

I bled for 25 days straight mostly spotting and im wondering if it was my stress from my anxiety?! Im not on meds, i used to be but now we are ttc and i stopped them months ago.

I wanna say yes, but I also wanna say not for that long. I would ask your doctor about that. I have severe anxiety along with PTSD, OCD & panic disorder. I never once had my period last that long. Their might be something else going on.

At my last job, my boss was manipulative, passive aggressive, and a micromanager. Needless to say I was stressed and with anxiety, just progressively getting worse. It got so bad with some personal stuff, moving, and my job that I started spotting while not on my period. The worst it got was 11 days of spotting between periods, so it is definitely possible I think. Maybe talk to your doctor about it. It finally stopped when I quit my job, took a month off, and am happy where I am working now.
