Prenatal vitamins?

Does it matter what time I take my prenatal vitamin every day? I usually take it around 12 but today I didn’t remember until 3:30 or 4. Just wondering!

I take mine in the afternoon because I have a hard time swallowing them in the morning.

They say to take it at night if it causes upset stomach but no you don’t need to take it at the same time every day. The vitamins build up in your system so even if you forgot to take to a day or two you are fine

I don't think it matters but my mother in law and sister in law were trying to convince me the other day it's best to take it at night before bed because it absorbs better or something. I figure as long as you're taking it, you're good.
