Just cause you had a baby doesn’t mean you know everything
Just have to vent real quick. My friend had her first baby a year and a half ago, she’s very close to me so we talk about pregnancy and all that quite frequently. Of course, I appreciate any advice she or anyone has to give, BUT it kinda pissed me off when I told her I was having braxton Hicks and she denied it?! She didn’t have any with her pregnancy, I believe. Went into labor at 37 weeks. But anyways, I told her yeah I’m getting Braxton hicks every day, several times a day. She laughed and was like “haha girl those aren’t braxton Hicks. Thats just his head.” I was like ...?no..., my uterus gets hard for like 30 seconds randomly and it feels like a cramp. she was like yeah nooo, that hard part is just his head, trust me.
In my head I was like

I was like naw dude. It’s literally my whole uterus. And I rubbed my whole bump. And then the friend NEXT to her was like “LOL isn’t your uterus like...down there, lower?”
First of all. You never been pregnant so stfu. Your uterus grows as your baby grows, obviously it’s not just “down there, lower” anymore. 🙄 second, ain’t nobody even talking to you. Lol
These girls man. Like don’t get me wrong, one of them is my good good friend. But it annoyed the shit out of me when she tried to prove me wrong about what was going on with MY body. Like idc if you have had a baby before, you don’t know what MY BODY is going through. Everyone has different experiences and just cause you’ve had ONE, doesn’t mean you’re all of a sudden an expert.
End rant.
