Possibly twins 😳

Has anyone else had blood work done for spina bifida & and it came back that you was having twins ? I just got these results and my dr office doesn’t open until Monday ? I’m confused on all this . My ultrasounds have only ever shown one baby 😩 idk what else to do or think until Monday
