So, on and off lately ive been getting what seems like heartburn in the middle of the night like 1:30am. It literally wakes me up. So I get some milk or whatever try to wait it out and my stomach starts to burn the inside of my stomach starts to feel like a sunburn and my back starts to hurt like crazy well tonight it has diarrhea with it and I’m feeling like puking.  I have no clue what’s going on but the pain is getting ridiculous.

If you're getting back pain and diarrhea with it, that makes me think gallbladder. I would call your provider and have it checked out. Thepain from gallbladder is freaking awful. You can also try apple cider vinegar a few times a day for the reflux. Acid reflux isn't actually what everyone thinks it is. You have low stomach acid, so your body will over produce. When you take tums or acid blockers, it just makes the situation worse over time. By adding the acid back in with the apple cider, your body will have an easier time regulating acid production. Amd it is also kmown for helping gallbladder issues. I hope you feel better soon! 
Also, for the ACV, use the raw kind. Braggs is my favorite!

I was reading that dairy can make it worse as it reacts with the fat! I was also drinking milk and eating yoghurt until I read about that. The last time I had it bad I ate bread! It’s like it absorbed everything bubbling

I take Zantac (which helps so much) and cold coconut water and I also put all my pillows together and sleep a little inclined... that’s the only way I can sleep after a heartburn attack in the middle of the night! It helps! 💪🏼

Eat. Bread. Not even joking, it helps so much. I take OTC zantac and eat bread because I have had horrid heartburn since childhood.
