This man and I have been talking for a while now and the conversation came up about us getting in a relationship. He told me he’s ready he wants marriage and kids with me. Good. But I just can’t believe in what he’s saying 100%.

Reasons why:

-We are long distance so that’s huge!

-Last time we were together he was in the shower and I noticed his phone was ringing and I saw his screen full of notifications from different women (text messages & faceTime calls)(I can’t be mad, we’re not official yet but it’s still a turn off)

So when we were having this convo he wasn’t hesitant at all so I ask... “so your sure you’re ready for a full on relationship status, Facebook official and everything?”

He said “ well I don’t like social media in my business”

I couldn’t respond after that because in my mind if I’m proud of my man I’ll post him idc. It’s not for others validation or reaction it’s just a status change.

I can’t help but feel like it’s other women’s attention he’s not ready to let go of. So how am I supposed to know I’m not a secret or hidden so you can still do your thing a 1000 miles away?

Yes i know it’ll all come down to trust but I can’t help but feel uneasy.

I’ve been single 4years so I’m very comfortable & at peace by myself, so Getting into a relationship is not easy for me. I’ve had my share of toxic relationships and being heart broken which is what makes me cautious.
